Brian has co-founded multiple companies, successfully raised seed-capital, scaled organizations, and has been a key driver on both sides of a merger and acquisition transaction.

Early in his career, Brian was one of the pioneers of the online advertising industry, delivering highly scalable ad-serving, data processing and analytic architecture for aQuantive (now Microsoft Advertising), as well as the technology behind the advertising network for high profile, award winning web-properties managed by Disney Online (Starwave was acquired by Disney Interactive Media Group), including ESPN.com, ABCNews.com, Infoseek and Disney Online.

Brian has decades of experience in diverse leadership roles which have given him a unique blend of deep technology expertise, insightful strategic vision, pragmatic business acumen and proven organizational skills. Most recently, he served as VP Product Development for Software AG, the world's largest independent provider of business infrastructure software. Prior to Software AG, Brian was VP Product Development for webMethods, where he led product strategy and development for the Business Process Metadata Library. Brian came to webMethods through the acquisition of Network Inference/Cerebra where he was VP Engineering. Prior to Cerebra, Brian was a technology lead at Vulcan Inc., Paul Allen's private asset management company, where he was a key contributor to a number of programs in support of the portfolio.

Mr. Perl has successfully grown 1st PMF Bancorp's lending portfolio to one of the largest private business lenders in the U.S. Mr. Perl is also the founder of China Mart. China Mart is the first non-government platform supporting Chinese and U.S. trade in the U.S. China Mart specialized business services provide Chinese companies with business/branch setup, a professional Marketing team to sell direct to large U.S. retailers, financing, immigration and many other supportive services. Mr. Perl has designed PMF to provide global financing and credit services support for its Chinese and U.S. Clients in its global platform. Mr. Perl established PMF's presence in China in 2004 as the first private U.S. lender in China and has successfully opened PMF's branch network of offices for PMF and China Mart throughout China. The latest office was a 2nd office opened in Shenzhen in 2010.

With the many valuable government and commercial ties that Mr. Perl has solidified in China and the U.S. over the years, Mr. Perl founded the first operational, China Mart in the U.S. in 2007 located at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Mr. Perl opened China Mart's flag office with the World Trade Center of Los Angeles as its partner to attract and support Chinese investment destined for Los Angeles in the YiWu Mart in Shenzhen in 2010. The China Mart is a unique commercial and government supported business platform for supporting Chinese companies to facilitate entrance and partnerships in to the U.S. market while also investing in the U.S. to create new business opportunities.

Mr. Perl actively serves on the board on the County of Los Angeles Board of Governors and the City of Los Angeles Economic Advisory Board. Mr. Perl is a Director on the Board of the Commercial Finance Association in the United States and former Board Member of the International Factoring Association. Mr. Perl was also award an Honorary title of Professor of Finance for the GuangDong Financial University, in Guangzhou, China. Mr. Perl earned a Master of Business in Finance and Marketing during his time at Case Western Reserve University, WeatherHead School of Management, Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Perl also holds a Bachelor and Master's Degree in Biochemistry with a Minor in Art History from the University of California.

As a member of JP Communication's product planning committee, he works directly with CEOs and upper-level management in the development of new products for the JP Communications network of wholesalers, retailers, importers, discounters and auctioneers.

Jonathan is responsible for sales and marketing, managing accounts, participation in product development, staying current with technology, and helping to build an international B2B e-commerce company.

Starting at JP Communications in 2005, Jonathan has served as an account representative and was promoted to account executive in 2006. He is currently senior account executive and worked directly with top level management in the merger with Manufacturer.com in 2009.

Jonathan is a member of the Off Price Apparel Retail Group and eMarketing Association Network. A graduate of Western Connecticut State University in 2004, Prescott majored in Psychology with a minor in Law.

He volunteers time with the Surfrider Foundation, which is dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the world's oceans, waves and beaches for all people, through conservation, activism, research and education. Hobbies and interests include surfing, snowboarding, beach volleyball, rock climbing, and scuba diving.
