This is indeed an area that needs to be addressed by any company that hopes to tap into other parallel potential markets... but I can tell you that my own experience with working on bilingual content in China usually results in bonus headaches when content crossover revisions are needed down the road... it helps a lot to have vertical sites like Toptenwholesale.com to keep the stray info off your searches though! @ Paul: You make a great point.
