Las Vegas OffPrice Show Closes – LA Show Opens in October


LAS VEGAS – Retailers of quality apparel, accessories and home and gift merchandise who just attended the Las Vegas Off Price Show August 19-22 are saying it was a grand affair. The show featured a performance by the band Front Page, a full BBQ Buffet and cash bar, pool side at T.I. The OffPrice Show has helped retailers from around the world build substantial profits through connections made with hundreds of vendors exhibiting in over a thousand booths. Exhibitors offer quality, unique products and below-wholesale prices.

One of the highlights of the August Las Vegas show was the Off Price Apparel Association’s retirement party for Carol Fitzmaurice at Treasure Island on Sunday night. Carol will retire at the end of the year and has been instrumental since 1997 in ensuring the Show’s success by handling booth assignments and exhibitor relations.

Attending the OffPrice Show can save buyers 20 to 70 percent below rock bottom wholesale. In fact, buyers say when they go to this show, it makes their whole season. The Show is held semiannually in Las Vegas (February and August) and also in New York (May) and Los Angeles (October).

The Show unites the top offprice specialists in the above major U.S. cities with industry professionals from around the world in a dynamic setting where they can keep abreast of industry news and trends, in addition to seeing new products and the latest styles. Everyone goes home equipped with the tools and information needed to achieve a profitable and successful year.
