Crushing occurred in the traditional manner by mechanical means within 24 hours of harvesting. Looking full-bodied and light green in color with shades of gold, its flavor is robust with a touch of fruity reminiscent of the scent of almond. Do not pinch, it is recommended to use a raw to appreciate better the quality.
