Three.define of enzyme activity
in the condition of 70 centi grade,ph6.0,amount of this enzyme it needs that one mg dissolved starch can get dextrine in one minute can be define as enzyme activity.
1. non-viscid brown liquid,smell-less,easy to dissolve in water,proportion 1.05-1.35g/ml.
2. ca which is low concentration have 50-70mg/kg,which can stable enzyme activity.
