About guava leaf Tea:
Guavas are indigenous fruit in Taiwan. The plants, leaves, and fruit are all considerably small, and are known for their richness in health properties. Guava leaf tea is made from the shoot of the plant, which is considered one of the best kinds of tea in Taiwan. Drinking guava leaf tea regularly has recently become a new health trend even though the use of guava leaf tea has been around for a very long time. Recent studies from Japanese and Taiwanese universities further confirmed that polyphenol, flavonoids, vitamin A, B2, C, calcium, and potassium are indeed contained in guava shoot, which further solidify the health benefits of guava leaf tea.
