Payment is due upfront, and will be fully applied towards your candle purchase.
If it's decided that the project is not a good match for either party during the consultation, a refund will be issued.
Candles come in our standard tin measuring approximately 3.75x3.75x3.125. Your 50 candles can be divided however you choose among your scents. If you want a different container, we can accommodate you, but their might be additional fees for testing and/or the difference in cost from our standard packaging. Essential oil candles are not included in this deal and would be subject to higher cost.
