That’s a Wrap: ATSM 2019

We just wrapped the second-ever show with our partner Apparel Textile Sourcing Miami. First and foremost, we would like to thank all of the attendees, speakers, partners, and exhibitors who took part in this event. 

Miami sees new growth

We witnessed unprecedented growth and evolution of the Miami show under the leadership of the new show director Chase Vance. Chase is also’s very own global development director. This year he made his debut at the opening ceremony after seeing that ATSM 2019 welcomed 4,000 industry professionals at the Mana Wynwood.

Apparel Textile Sourcing Miami is the “gateway to the Americas, ” but the attendance was much more global. Miami hosted attendees and exhibitors from Europe, Asia, Africa, and even Australia. This city aims to be a destination city for fashion, technology, and innovation. With the looks of it, the Magic City is well on its way.

The show’s signature matchmaking services were powered by and This white glove service connected buyers to suppliers and suppliers to manufacturers. In fact, it even took a more nuanced approach, connecting professionals based on their origin countries, and trade agreements between nations. In the end, this show is all about networking.

Education at ATSM

But, it is also about education. ATSM 2019 saw the addition to a new stage, the Fashion Lab. Along with Main Stage, the fashion Lab hosted a daily roster of seminars and also showcases from various industry technologies such as AIMS 360. Seminars like “Marketing and Brand Recognition” from Luis Toro of Perry Ellis and Charlene Parsons, the Director of the Fashion Department at Miami International University, drew a packed house. Main stage hosted the “Trade Update” with Julie Hughes of The United States Fashion Industry Association. Above all, industry leaders shared their guidance on navigating this rapidly changing industry.

Apparel Textile Sourcing Miami is more than a sourcing show. This is three-days of sourcing, networking, education, and inspiration. Thank you to all who joined! We’ll see you again in 2020.
