Off-Price Specialist Center Announces Partnership with JP Communications

JP Communications, publishers of, have reached an agreement to sponsor major elements of the Off Price Shows. The agreement includes numerous cross-promotional efforts that will provide a premium web platform for the burgeoning off price merchandise industry.
