Fully support the wire pass all kinds of rocking, resilient recovery, and other tests. passed over 50000 wear-resisting tests, effectively preventing EV cable from wearing and cracking caused by repeated dragging under cement and sand conditions for a long time.
General Characteristics:
1. Environmental Friendly
HFFR materials completely comply with RoHS, REACH, Halogen-free, Phthalate 16P Dimethyl Fumarate, PFOPFOS, TBBPA, PAHs, EN71, etc. regulations, and rules.
2. Outstanding Flame Retardant
UL94 5VA-V0 1.5mm level, can firmly support wire and tube pass CSA FT-4, UL VW-1 and etc.
3. Excellent Physical Properties
UL 80?-125? heat-resistance can firmly support wire cable to pass UL 1581/758/62 and non- migration test, the properties are beyond the reference values of flexible wire standards.
4. Perfect-Surface Effect
Fine and smooth appearance and soft-touch feel, resolve the common defects such as heterogeneous, pits, whiten, sticky and etc.
5. Good Printable
High surface tension and polarity, can apply the main halogen-free ink to obtain good adhesion and scratch resistance, stand by UL2556.
6. Easy Processing
High efficiency and processing performance, can achieve 60100m/min rate using the same size extruder of PVC and decrease the probabilities of the cast, pellet, bulge, pits, etc. common defects significantly.
7. Stable Quality
Long-term experience of RD processing and application based on ISO9000 and 14000 quality systems.
